Croatia
Croatia is still relatively unknown as a tourist destination. Situated in the summertime centre of Europe, it offers countless possibilities to explore. Natural and cultural wealth, along with an excellent gastronomical offer make for a great destination for anyone looking for an active holiday. Apart from the major tourist centres, there are lots of scattered sights and destinations.

There are a few small hotels, but the main boarding capacity are rental appartments and houses. That is also part of the island's charm. Centuries old stone houses (renovated, of course ;) are very sought after. The guests live in an authentic Mediterranean surrounding, as a part of the local community. "Mediterranean as it once was" is not just a slogan, it is the way of life on the island.
Another curiosity is the complete absence of car traffic. Thanks to that fact the island has remained quiet and pleasant.

Everything on the island is a 10 minute walk away, and you can easily reach Zlarin, Vodice or Sibenik via the local ferry line.

If a visitor wants to visit some of the uninhabited islands in the vicinity, or go fishing the traditional style, their hosts can arrange it. Everything you need to traverse the island is a pair of walking shoes. Because of its agricultural heritage, the island is criss-crossed with walkways used to access gardens.

The bay of Prvic Luka is a popular stop for sailboats sailing the Adriatic. Well secluded, it is visited throughout the whole year. Boats can either dock at the pier (with available electrical and water outlets), or anchor off-shore.
